Kempton Redman Law Launch New Specialist Pedestrian & Cyclist Hub
At Kempton Redman Law, we recognise that it’s not only motorists who rely on our roads. Pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists are among the most vulnerable road users, and we are committed to ensuring they receive the specialist support they deserve. We are therefore proud to announce that our Litigation Department has established a dedicated hub for assisting pedestrians and cyclists who have been involved in road traffic accidents.
Supporting injured pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists is a key priority for our Litigation Team. We understand the stress, disruption and uncertainty a serious accident can cause, which is why we offer a comprehensive, client-focused service from the very beginning. Our team can arrange consultations at your home or hospital to accommodate your circumstances, ensuring you receive timely assistance when it matters most. We also handle all legal documentation on your behalf and liaise directly with insurers, medical providers and any other relevant organisations in relation to your accident or potential claim.
We also recognise the importance of community education. Many motorcycle, cycling and running clubs may benefit from guidance on what steps to take following an accident. As part of our commitment to public awareness, Kempton Redman Law offers free advice sessions to clubs and their members to ensure they are fully informed about their rights and recommended actions after an incident. We warmly encourage clubs of all kinds to contact us to arrange a meeting with our Litigation Department.
“Our goal is simple: to ensure that vulnerable road users are heard, supported and protected. Every client deserves clear guidance, responsive communication and strong representation—especially during one of the most challenging moments of their life.”
